air conditioner

my a/c blows cold air on the drivers side and warm air on the passenger side. anyone have any idea why? I don't have dual controls. It's just wierd.

That is weird....Try closing the drivers side vent and see what happens then.

I have an 04 Mazda 6. When I close the drivers side vent the air is forsed to the passenger side but not as cold. From left to right it's coldest, cold, cool, warm and hot on the far passenger side. I've removed the glove compartment but didn't see anything wrong behind it. It's just weird

when my air is on i can feel warm air blowing at my feet. when i'm wearing sandals.

Yeah. That's exactly what i found in my mazda last weekend. For some reason when AC on, cold air blows on driver's side and warm on passenger side. weird.

My friend's car does the exact same thing. He drives a 2005 Mazda6 5-door with the V6 engine. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I still can't find the cause. Has anyone else?

I am not quiet sure, but I think this happens only when air intake method is switched to inside. Need to check this

I' wondering if there are 2 seperate ducts and one is stuck on heater. It's not the air intake on mine. It doesn't matter which setting thats on. That might be a reason for one of the others having this problem. Thanks for the input

Hey, did anyone take his car to dealer, for them to diagnose this issue ? My dealer is extremely slow, so I don't feel like sitting 2 hours because of that I also had a look at mazda 6 workshop manual, and it appears that blower unit is located on left hand side in the dashboard. So i say cold air starts there, and while making it's way inside dashboard air tubes, it heats up ? Cause after some time hot air's temp, blowing from right hand side, drops, it doesn't become same cold as air coming from left, but pretty close.

P.S. Some Mo*********er key scratched my beauty, now i have nice long, deep scratch all over my back door and back of car (((
