its in a 17x8.5 +25 offset, 195 40 tire, and i dropped it as low as comfortably possible for my struts. need to do some custom work to be able to run like shavi in the front. I bought the wheels from a dealer that made them for the xB in that size, idk if you can get them in that size anymore, but seeing as they're rotas, its possible lol

Is there a "how to" on slotting struts anywhere? I can't find one

You can do it your self in under 20 min. Heres what i did:

1. On the strut/hub, Take off the top bolt. Loosen the bottom one

2. Insert the bit in the top hole, then attach it to the drill.

3. Put one lug nut on and slide a pipe onto the lug nut.

4. Start the drill and pull up on the pipe. Be sure to put some PB or some cutting lube on the bit

I used this method. took a vid as well. but stupid youtube wont load. I can try again later. at work now.

dude i totally guess-timated, and got with .25 of a degree in the front and back, just look up some picks of slotted coilovers, draw out where you want to slot and how far, and test fit the hub bolt OFTEN. not to high or to low, but since ur not messing with the bottom bolt, even if you grind to high or to low, it wont go up or down during driving.
