it is...
Hella = very
flush = even
hellaflush = pokeing out from under fender
idk, like I said, I fail to understand the terminology, or the reason anyone does it.
IMO it doesn't mean hellaflush... thats why the word hellaflush is its own word... seperate from aggressive. clearly there are those who disagree. Personally I think getting big ass tires under a little ass car so it handles like its on rails is aggressive... and hellaflush is... hellaflush. but what do I know...LOL I get it I think. Just not my cup of tea. I was just checking out what "aggressive fitment" meant, now I know!
I think aggressive fitment is both, both seem to be covered in here pretty well. No reason why both can't share the same thread. If the functional guys wouldn't get butt hurt sometimes, there'd be no problems![]()
you just called yourself non-functional.
am I the only person that thinks that is a sign of a problem?
You are right, thread sharing is a good thing. Now both sides of the "debate" get a laugh at what the others think looks good.I think aggressive fitment is both, both seem to be covered in here pretty well. Look above his avatar... It says clearly "form>function." He doesn't try to hide it. Accept it and move on...
I think the real debate is over which is more important: how it looks, or how it drives.You are right, thread sharing is a good thing. Now both sides of the "debate" get a laugh at what the others think looks good.
Judging by the last couple pics, 16x8 +20 should fit well.
You're really bothered by that aren't you? haha. You've brought it up maybe 6 times or so since I changed it (boobs)
this is 16x8 +25 with significant fender work in the rear, the front clears no problem. but you will have more room in the rear with the sedan.

IMO having a contact patch that is narrower than the wheel would not handle at all. I think maybe I should do what I do best and look at the pretty pictures and talk to myself.I think the real debate is over which is more important: how it looks, or how it drives.
pretty sure every form of 4 wheeled racing that exists would agree with you.IMO having a contact patch that is narrower than the wheel would not handle at all. I think maybe I should do what I do best and look at the pretty pictures and talk to myself.

No, I was on your side... I could care less, to be honest. I just point it out to people who don't see it themselves, I guess?
Ya, so +20 should be cake! (rofl2)
No sides here friend, just a couple guys killing time at work (headbang)
I accept hellaflush and hellafunctional setups, both are great in their ways but some func, no most functional guys are sooo religious with function which is where the problems always arise. I've never seen, in person or online, a form person talk s*** about someone's functional setup but it goes down the other way all the time.
