I am interested in getting lightweight wheels Motegi or Enkei. I do drive on a little gravel and rough pavement. Any recommendations on how these wheels would perform or am I better off going a little heavier. If you have any suggestions please do . I like a black spoked wheel. Was going to stick with the 15 X 7 35 offset.

I personally have hit curbs, bushes, tree, rocks, and man hole covers with Enkei wheels and never had one break. The local wheel replace loved me and those wheels.

I used to run rota attacks on my WRX, a lightweight budget knock-off wheel. Over the multiple years I ran those cheap, light wheels I'd done multiple rallycrosses, tons of autocrosses, a few small jumps on and off road, tons of rutted forest service roads, and one or two big hits on curbs and potholes. They never broke and were actually in great shape when I sold the car. If those wheels didn't break, you'll be fine with the lightest enkei or motegi you can get your hands on as long as you don't hit anything massive. Stick with 15" to have some sidewall protection though.

Definitely in your case stay 15". More cushion between you and the road. I live in the country and until I can get to the highway I've got to drive slow through the gravel because it eats up tires quick. However the city has other problems pot holes etc. But I like low profile personally for daily driver, cruising, highway and asphalt chases. But on track days i whip out the 15x7 Enkei Rpo1's and 205/50-15 Kuhmo Victoracers. Funny they fit in back perfectly.
