in PA you wont fail inspection for not having airbags.... u just need a horn.

and as long as you tell your insurance company i have no driver side airbags/passenger side airbags your good, your rates will go up mind you, but its still all legal.

thanks. i'm still not gettin clear shots of it. i can't see exactly how the horn was done. nor the setup without the wheel on..

There is two wires coming out the back of the horn button. The red wire go's into your steering wheel plug, and the black wire is grounded on the hub or anywhere near by. Like I said I am including a hub adaptor but it is better to get a quick release hub for it is easier to hook the horn up to it if you have one.
