After New Battery and New Computerwill not start
Rebuilt the 2.3 engine in my Mazda 3. Ran very ragged, replaced the ECU and Battery now it will not start. Turn on the ignition and all lights come on, but nothing to goes to the starter, not even a bump. Check engine light flashes 7 times and stops. Security light (car with key light) flashes twice then three times and repeats. I have tried both keys and the same thing happens.
No codes, because I can't start the car for it to generate any.
