I'll sell mine. Already pre-loaded with the super map. I don't have pics as it's still in the car and running. I bought a Unichip and just haven't had the time to pull the SSAFC out and put the Unichip in.

How much of a difference in hp would a good map make on my protege. I have a corksport power series, corksport silicone hoses, and an injen intake running as Sri.(installed a few days ago) I can tell at this point the car needs a tune BAD.

It makes a noticeable difference on a stock car. The more mods you have, the more difference you will see. The stock tune is SUPER rich and you will gain some decent power from the SSAFC just leaning it out.

Q: How much HP/TQ will i gain with this unit.

A: On EvilMSP stock car: Stock boost: 1.7hp & 5.17tq 8psi: 19.87hp & 39.39tq 10psi: 26.11hp & 48.43. Dyno chart below.

Today I went to do some data logging and I couldn't conect to the ecu I tryed all the coms but non worked and weird thing is I've had it connected before and did data logs and stuff. Any one else ever have this problem

just had this problem a couple days ago, what OS are you using? I ended up using xp and manually installing the usb to serial comm driver to get it to work.

I havent tried windows 8 with the ssafc, but i did have problems trying to use windows7. It would see the cable/ssafc but I always got errors when i went to load a map.

Has anyone else had this problem? My car will start up fine when i do a cold start, but when I go to start the car up when it's warm the rpms will drop for a few seconds causing the car to bog down almost to the point of stalling but after that it idle's and runs fine. I've gone back and double checked the wiring and everything is wired up correctly. The current map i'm running is the unmodified superstock.

i'm guessing it went away on it's own eventually? I'm going to try an ECU reset and see if that helps any

So I figured I would have more luck here than opening a new thread, I have some brand new 600cc injectors and forged motor and all supporting mods, would the 565cc map work just fine or should I just use one of the others? Or would I have to tune it myself? With all the other maps on this thread I'm having detonation at 5k full throttle but that's a whole another issue
