I agree with you on the Nick BS. I'm not one to wish bad things on folks especially after my experiences and travels in life but with Nick let karma bit him in the ass!

Tuning up your daily driver can become a pain if you can't do the work yourself or have reliable shop near you. Lucky for you, you have one. I'm an hour+ from Andrew but I have two other vehicles and he is the closest tuner I trust. I have several so called tuners a lot closer but I wouldn't give them the time of day. I've done the daily sole driver tune-up before and it can get really aggravating sometimes especially when you get screwed out of our hard earned clams by someone and your bumming rides off everybody or even worse running up the credit card with car rental fees.

Word to the wise for all you that want to tune your ride have a goal in mind. Know what you want to do with the car and set limits. Its really unrealistic to have a car that starts as economy car and expect it to take you fifty miles daily to and from work, be an 11sec drag car, a winning show car, and not cost as much as a Porsche when your done. This car tuning thing can get addictive and out of control really fast. But damn is it fun!!!!!

Lastly to keep this on the AEM. It is the most affordable robust box out there that really works and does good job for getting the most out of a car with mods or no mods.

be patient :)
remember the cost though guys... it will be more than a FMIC and chip combined... just so you know what to expect :) It will be WELL worth it.

Just wanted to give a few updates.
Here is a picture of the harness.

That thing is frickin' sexy!

In the year plus that people have been talking about a protege PnP EMS, this is the most work I have ever seen done. Thank you Beau and everyone at MAM that helped.

Nice, looks like a standard ford ECM connector. Wonder why it took so long for someone to actually do that.

hey beau..will it be possible to purchase a harness individually..in order to clean up my own wiring..I have like the MPI and like 5 gauges and a boost controller and an assload of other things and i would love to be able to use that and get my stock harness less chopped up..i gotta sell the car someday
