adding audio-in to non-mp3 head unit

My stock touring model doesn't come with mp3. I want to add an audio-in jack to the stock audio so that I can hook up my stand-alone what-ever player to the head unit. So Does the stock head unit have an audio-in jack that I can extend to the outside? Any pic of the installation process to share?

read about FM transmitters. Seems the most painless way to get external audio source in. Anyone knows the sound quality?

great. but any cheaper product? just need something that plugs into the aux/sat port of the head unit (i assume there is one for all models), and the other end is a std. microphone jack?

I haven't seen anyone validate that AuxMod works with the CX-7, but it sounds like what you're looking for.
