About ME....

Welcome! Oh and uhhh Sooooo jealous! I love the white MS3's! You will have a lot of fun here. Especially with all the ragging and shenanigans around here!

Greetings and Salutations. You have certainly have found the right place to meet car folk.

there is a short ram air intake and a bov in the mail for first mods.

Hey Krystal, welcome, & congrats on the car!! I'm new to NEPOC myself. Nice you have mods on the way. Whenever I have mods coming in the mail, I feel like a little kid waiting for Santa Claus to come down the chimney! lol

Or when you look at the delivery status on UPS or FedEx and it says, "Out for Delivery." Haha. I work from home and my office window faces the street so I see them drive by.

I'm sure Sean will admit he is a member, but makes what he can as long as work/real life doesn't interfere.

Sad but true.

With a wife in grad school and 2 acres worth of property to maintain, I don't make it to as many meets as I should (sad2)

(Hence why I'm trying to host one later this summer :) )

Very true!! Unless you don't work from home like me, and you're terrified you'll miss it! I'm in Quincy, and for some reason the Fedex "pick up" place is in Randolph, and I forget where the UPS place is. When I missed my CPE rear diff mount, I drove the 20 miles down there to pick it up after work.... Even though I didn't get it installed for like a month, lol. I just wanted to curl up next to it in bed.

That's sweet that you work from home, and don't miss any goodies. I can't stand UPS, and I don't know what the hell they're doing, but they shipping is so slow... to me anyways. My AP's screen croaked like 6 weeks after I bought it so I had to send it into Cobb. I sent it Priority Mail, Insured/Tracked... and they had it in 2 days. After they fixed it, the cheapskates shipped it back UPS, and it took a full week to get back to me. I didn't have my AP for 18 days. I wish they at least offered me to pay for Priority mail when they shipped it back. My tune was great, so it wasn't a huge deal, but I didn't have my DH yet, and I was working on some tweaks. Imagine if you had tuning issues though, and your car was running like crap? You'd be SOL. Oh well, I have it now :)

I just get everything shipped to my office and then I don't need to worry about it. You should have seen me trying to get my cat back exhaust out of the building. That box was bigger than I expected.

An employee where i work had a boat engine shipped here...

the company made a rule for personal items, if a single person cant safely lift it... dont have it shipped here..

LOL!! Your co-workers must've thought your were nuts. I can see the non-gear heads at your work being like "why does he need that big box full of pipes?" lol

Yeah that was a big fail. I needed help getting it out of the building and needed someone to pick me up because it wouldn't fit in my car. It was great when people came into my office and there was a giant box of pipes and mufflers sitting next to my desk. Act casual, nothing to see.

LMAO!! Too funny. You should've broken out a heavy Irish accent and said "What er ya all looking for then?? It's me pipes!!!" and say it as if they're nuts if they don't understand you, lol.

My names Dan and I am a Mod addict.

LOL

I drive a "Sport Wagon / Hatchback " so I can haul around my giant parts collection.

Yup yup! Going to OCC. I'm sure there will be some people starting in MA as a caravan and "picking up" us CT folk along the way.. Pick up a 2 way radio if you don't have one! (Still need to get one....)

Hmm...any idea where theyre meeting? And about what time?

Yeah we actually usually meet up at the charlton reststop on the mass pike before getting off for CT. If you would take rt 2 to get down there let me know, though probably would be backwards for you.

Charlton near the registry? And about what time? Id like to meet up...
