A lil help lol

Theres soo many more factors than that its not even funny.... I say just take the line of the wastegate.

I would leave it at stock boost for a bit, see how you like the added power from the intake & exhaust....then put it up to 10 later.

why by suggesting he do a search? him searching will yeild more results than just starting one thread, especially on such a hot topic as this. not to mention that just suggesting boost setting is no where near as helpful as reading all the past threads that actually explain why and how and give opinions based on expieriance. but hey, since im not helping....

Ok...so basically just run open boost ?
dude. no.

dont listen to them.
run for a few days with all you mods.
then put MBC on with 9psi.
u should be good.

I'm happy at 10psi right now... getting the hiboost next week, probably go to 12psi. I also have cai, dp, exhaust, fcd, and most importantly... decals. ;)

the search wont answer his question exatly, since its a specific question. Plus he has to go through alot of pages and posts to get an anwser.

Hate this crap...cant even ask a question without some one making a smart remark about researching all the post ALREADY about this....if i ask a question its because i wanna know for myself i care less what they said before and i wanna know whose answering my question...and hey if u dont wanna HELP ME "Don't be a noob and expect us to walk you through each step.[/QUOTE]" THEN JUST SHUT UP and read the next thread if u wanna help me then help...and thx i appreciate it IM SOOO SORRY that im not as smart as you kcbhiw and im a noob , so so sorry....

MSP-Ralfi- you have to admit that your question was wicked general. We don't know where you live (climate/temp./humidity), what type of fuel is available, if you have a fcd, how many miles on said vehicle, maintenace on said vehicle, what your trying to accomplish, how you drive....etc. All these are quite crucial in deciding what type of boost pressure you should run. And even then we can only give you ideas in which we may have used or heard....every car is different and will respond differently to modifications.

People suggest you search not to be dicks, but because you will learn so much more about your car and what you're doing to it through a search. We could give you an answer, and you could take it, and then that's it. Ooooooor, you could search and learn everything you need to know and more.

Besides: do you really trust everyone on this site? Someone could give you the wrong info, or mis-read your question, and then BOOOM!
