Where you getting an 03.5 lip from? I have a jdp lip....it came to me painted yellow in 4 pieces.....but got a great deal on it. Should look great in white. Gonna paint the engine bay too?

local guy is selling me his, he is getting a cf one from isport, just waiting for him to get that. yea i might paint the engine bay like bright metallic purple or something when i pull the engine to build it (or when it blows up which will probably come first)

im thinking pretty seriously about when the body work/paint is done, selling the msp and getting a wrx wagon. i snowboard far too much, and live in co. i really need something awd. if anyone is interested let me know...

got ahold of jdp. the lip is a lot cheaper than i though it was gonna be. should be ordering after i get my 03.5 lip

Love the hood, but I hope you have some kind of hood pins. When CitizenPro installed the cowl hood it shook violently. You don't want that **** setting itself free!

did you get the flush mount kit from password jdm with the aerocatch latches? a much easier and more secure way of attaching the hood pins. We installed a set of them this weekend on another car in half the time then my install and much easier and cleaner then using the 6 tiny bolts and screws that come with the latch..

i havent ordered them yet. probably thursday. sounds good though.

did you get ones made for cf hoods? those are less strong than the normal ones...

I havent seen any made for CF hoods...I got the CF hood struts, which are regular struts, but have carbon fiber on them.
but I didnt really look too hard

yea the ones for cf hoods arent as strong so they dont make that bulge...
also, made an o2 sensor stimulator, re-routed some vaccum lines, and re-gapped my sparkplugs... absolutely no garbldy goop sound. accelerates nice and smooth. still not boosting correctly, but i need to replace my exhaust housing and whatnot still..

update.... installed the exhuast housing tonight. went super fast installing i was very suprised. also put the thunder manifold on. for the first 5-10 minutes after the car warmed up, it was insane. boosted immediately, no hesitation or anything odd.... than i floored it coming out of a turn and it got HORRIBLE hesitation, like the car just gave up and said "oh you want to go fast? haha no thanks jackass". it is extremely frustrating. at least the boost is doing what it should, somthings gotta be going on with the fuel. i have a cel at the moment so i will go check that, maybe its that fpr code again. well, i am reallllly close, hope i figure this s*** out.

so... got my codes pulled, came up with just both o2 sensors. went ahead and bought 2 new ones. hope this fixes everythign

installed the primary o2 sensor tonight... still no bueno... gonna re-load the stock super map to the ftc in the AM...
