Just replacement p5 axles. Msp's and definately DSS axles are beefier but not necessary... haven't seen any broken axles... mine the cv's were just clicky and torn boots after 100k of being slammed

Ok I knew the MSP axles were stronger just wasn't sure if modded MSP's could benefit from better one's. I'm hearing this terrible creaking noise when backing up and turning the wheel. If you have a clue as to what it might be, please send me a PM so I don't clutter this thread.

So the guy tuning my car who know is a master tech at subaru, said we can pop a cap off or something and turn those 440s into 805cc or something.

Yes but the injwctor wont optimize correctly and will have a ****** up fuel spray pattern

yea u can take like a dremel and grind off the end "cap" that atomizes the fuel. So if your doing that then now i see why he told you to go with the 440s lol

well he thinks 440 will be fine and we wont have to do that. i will keep it in mind, if i need bigger ill just buy some lol

so my tuner came over. he has to build a stand alone map sensor for something and did same map tracing or something like that... anyways, long story short is, he said this is definitely do-able. hell yea

ditched the busted ass carbon fiber hood and went back to oem...

not yet. im going over to his house thursday to have him test a few things i guess. im trying not to rush him lol. i did however get my stock hood back and put my door on so i have very little body damage now! pics soon

traded it back to the guy i originally traded with. it was warped and cracked and oxidized. no bueno.

got a ticket today. 37 in a 25. right where the speed limit goes from 35-25 downtown. booo

took the ride over to the guys house who is tuning my car. he built a stand alone map sensor to make logging a lot more precise and easier. he said its going to be epic. also, im a dumbass and for the past few months had my ssftc hooked up to that stupid 90 degree nipple that has a check valve in it. pulls a lot harder now.

i definatley say you should fight the ticket. its bulls*** when they get you as the speed limit changes. i mean what would they like you to do slam on the brakes and get rear ended?
