$ 500 MAC bonus - available?

Hi. One of my local deaderships has an advertisement of Mazda5, which includes a $ 500 MAC rebate to qualified buyers when financed through Maza American Credit. I am curious whether this is a dealer-wide rebate (at least in Boston area) or just another form of bait-and-switch scheme. Also, if it does indeed exist, how small can the financing amount be? Say, as little as 2K or 3K? Thanks in advance for any input.
