50 shot Wet?

is there such thing as direct port injection with the wet nitro set up?? if so, is there one that we can slap in our cars??? anyone got a link or experience with this...

how hard was it to install your set up acid?? and what kinda set up is yours from the site?? or you got a different set up thats not on the site...

Actually the setup i have is part# 20923 NX Wet Kit..it's a universal kit! I believe you can do a search and pull it up on their site..they also include directions & pictures on how to install..if you need more pictures specific to the Pro5..i am willing to get some together!!

I did not do the install..i had a proffesional install it...b/c of the wiring schematics...But if i knew what i know now..i would have installed it myself!

I would say on a scale of 1 being hard..and 10 cake...

I would rate it 6.5

Selling My nitrous kit if anyone is interested!

Check my sig

nitrous would be more economical than turbo right? aside from the price of the actual kit, you wouldn't need to switch to higher octane, and you wouldn't need to use it at every stop light, just when you need it...is that right?

Yeah..It's very economical! I ran nitrous for like 7months..before switching over to a turbo kit! It's not something you would use every single day..but rather..weekends..and such!

Chas

you would need a tank 100% highest octane (91+) when running, but other than that, you can run 87 octane. do NOT use nitrous with ANYTHING less than 91 octane! it is a good idea to nearly run out of fuel and then fill up with 91+ octane to steer clear of problems, and again

I AM selling my nitrous kit with goodies! see for sale section for info!

nitrous is great, its not cheating. but if we are goin to race and you say, "oh my bottle isnt warm yet" or "im low on pressure" or you think you have to purge more then .2 seconds (because thats all it takes) then you are a moron and retard. Also dont be a dumb ass and be like, " i gots a 50 shot yo" they are underrated with shot factors. so take that in account when you decide what you want to run.

also you want to make sure you use a window swich. keep is safe.

side note. dry systems are not bad, bad for our application yes, but if done right they are great.

peace- trav

oh BTW, i am goin to be running a 35 shot on top of my turbo.

I have a 50 shot wet on my p5, and I dont care what anybody says, i love it. I hate to quote such a cheesy movie but its true, "winnins winnin". The whole point of buildin a car is to make it go fast, and nitrous does just that, so why complain? I dont knock anything that makes a car go fast. Why not just give props and move on?

For anybody looking for info:
I have a Nitrous Express kit, wet, 50 shot
my motor runs rich (good) and have no problems. I have ran about 10 bottles of nitrous through it and have spanked most of the competition. Its easy to put in, and makes ya go fast, good luck TO ALL.

Cause you don't use the engine to make HP. You take a NOS car and a turbo car. 1st you can really only spray for 15 sec or so. 2- Can't rev limiter very often. 3- greater risk of blowing your motor. It's just like " hold on, let me turn my bottle on before I race you"
15 sec...no , rule of thumb is more like 8 sec. "can't rev limiter very often"? i dont know wut ur trying say here. greater risk of blowing ur motor? the only risk that ur gonna get out of shooting nos is if the nox was installed ****** up then u get a blown motor 2nd if the user abused the nox ie. shooting nox all 3 races at the same time is a no, no. atleast 2 races then let it sit (idle) for a while b4 shutting down the motor. no power shifting while shooting nos in between. btw they do make the remote bottle opener.

i'd say u wear ur engine more by slapping a turbo or even on a stock turbo vehicle. Allmotor is not a very good option especially on a daily driven vehicle. Nos is the way to go just use it only when needed and wisely.

>dont have nox on my cars now but i plan on shooting soon. Used to shoot back 3 years ago and i was running it for 2 years never had anyproblems w/ the car but a overheated brakes...
