Are the MP3 taillights clear (wear the turn signal/backup) light is, or are they tinted lightly pink like the MSP's?

If they are clear then post some pics and your price, maybe I can take them off your hands.

they are a hair clearer than the msp tails. when i had both cars side by side i could sort of tell. but it was such a small difference. but i did like the mp3's a lil better.

Another car... worst part was, it was parked! If anyone down here in the Dayton/Cincy area knows, the roads have been icy!

Seeing mangled Protege's makes me cringe. Sorry about your car. On a side note, how were those Traction T/A's? I'm thinking about getting those as soon as my Falkens are toast(almost there). How would you rate the sidewalls on them? Stiff, soft, somewhere in between? Sorry for the threadjack.

I thought the traction T/As were great, but I only had them for 3 weeks! The sidewalls were stiffer than the stock Protege ES Dunlops (which I bought the wheels with) and from the little I tested them, they break away nice and progressively. And somehow, they completely eliminated my wheel hop!

heat them up with a hair dryer / heat gun (on low) to soften the glue and just work some dental floss behind them, takes like 5 minutes (thumb)

I was not sure if I should remove the whole trunk lid, but I did take the wing. I didn't want to piss off the insurance company... they are working GREAT with me, and I don't want to mess that up.

I removed the Cargo net, but didn't get the hooks, I'll try and go get them Saturday night.

The ECU is probably not gonna happen, as the insurance company needs to drive this thing still, but I'll try.

Nope, the one in the picture is the MSP one, the MP3 knob is here at home. I'm keeping the MSP knob as a souvnier (sp).

ask the insurance company how much less they would give you if you just keep the car. If its a reaonable number then i will pay you that money and come get the car from you. I really need all the stuff to convert my car to a manual. My auto is not gonna take the turbo for much longer.

When they totaled out my 97 accord ex coupe they only took off $500 for me to keep the car. Heck it only had 40k on it. They almost always will rather you just keep it and take a little money off the settlement then they dont have to mess with the wrecked car. Let me know.
