is anyone going to opening night this thrusday? me and a couple of buddies will probably hit the midnight show

can't wait for it, the trailers look good and if it's like sin city, which was awsome, then this shouldn't dissapoint

thoughts?

dude i have been waiting for this movie since i saw a trailer on digg.com like two months ago. I'm prolly gunna go on sat when the crowds die down a little (hopefully).

Already has my favorite lines from any movie of all time:

This is Madness!.....

THIS....IS SPARTA!!!!!!!!!!

ya saw the trailer in december or january and made sure i'd go see it at imax

Going to see it after work. Looks like we wont be dissapointed one bit.

I have all five issues of the graphic novel. When I heard they were making the movie a couple years ago, I about burst into flames.

I'm going to pull a Pee-Wee Herman in the theater while I watch it. I'm so excited that I just pooped a little.

I wouldn't do that Dana. The guys from Ace Hardware might be spying on you.

I have been waiting for it as well. Are we gonna see it at IMAX or theater?

None in Driving distance?

That depends on your definition of 'driving distance'.

For most, that means 50-75 miles.

For most people here, probably 75-100 miles.

For me, I've driven 200 miles and back in the same day on several occasions.

Luckily, being able to see NYC from the roof of my place means that several IMAX theaters are definitely within driving distance for me :)

Im going to go see it in IMAX. I am finally back home after weeks of traveling for work. So i will have a nice treat :) Should be amazing!!!!

Lucky son of a gun! No IMAX's for me so the local carmike cinema will have to do. At least they have stadium seating.

sidenote: The fartherst I've drive was 12 hours to Rhode Island with to surprise my mother in law for her B-day.

Left on a friday night, got there saturday morning, drove back sunday morning. 1500 mile round trip. Lets just say my wife owed me....BIG TIME! (it was her idea)
