225/45/18 snow tires on stock wheels....fitment issues??

i have a chance to save some money and buy a set of four snow tires but they are 225/45/18's so they are a little wider anybody running these size tires have any fitment issues? i will be putting them on my stock rims....im thinking they will be fine but i just thought i would check. thanks guys,

if your not lowered you should be fine i'm lowered about an inch and a half on bc coilovers and the rear rubs if i go over big bumps

Should be fine. I'm running 225/45s on my RX8s, which are tucked in a tiny bit vs. the stock wheels, plus the RX-8s are wider. However, snow tires should be skinnier, right?
