20mm Rear spacers installed

:
2019 CX-9 GT
Hey all, I recently installed h&r 20mm rear spacers. nothing in the front. i want to go with 10mm in the front. but don't really want to replace studs. maybe next time i do pads/rotors.

Rear looks weird without mudflaps. mapflaps close out the sticking out of the wheel at the bottom curve in the rear.

Sorry car was dirty...

seems like another 5mm would push the wheels flush?

any other photos floating around show fully flush offset, with stock rims or aftermarket?

i went 275 45 and i ain't goin' back

got the dws plus yesterday. so far really good. alot more grip. less harshness over bumps. road nice is just slightly less. steering feel feels a tad bit heavier. handling does feel a bit flatter but more confident due to more grip. it's only been less than 100 miles so lets see how things progress

the 20 front and 30 rear looks great too. i was contemplating a smaller spacer to keep the wheel between the top of the wheel arch and side profile at the bottom of the wheel arch. i guess less aggressive.

i still want to do about 10 in the front. but i honestly didn't want to mess with the scrub radius so the steering centering feel and torque steer remains good.
@arbsp how does the front feel with spacers?

When looking at the H&R site, it doesn't list compatibility with cx-9 of any year. Are you guys just buying the spacers for a cx5? @racermp @arbsp

Are there any issues with sensors not working, etc?

Also, did any of you guys think of using the brand Bonoss?

The front feels great with 25mm spacers. Honestly it doesn’t feel like anything changed except the look. Now when I see other CX-9s on the road they look really tucked. Kinda like a table. Haha.

I used H&R for the spacers. German and it’s a brand that’s been around for a while with a good reputation. I’ve used that company for springs on my Mustang, spacers and coilovers on my Fusion and now spacers for the CX-9. I wish they made lowering springs for CX-9, I’d probably buy them too. I purchased CX-5 part numbers. I drive the CX-9 pretty hard, specially around corners and nothing has happened to them yet. Just in case you’re worried about load rating. Still as solid as the day they were put on. I also never heard of Bonoss so I can’t speak on they’re reliability.

Thanks, I've reached out to the local distributor for H&R products that is closest to me. Wish they would just sell it off their website. Might go 30mm and 30mm or do you think its best to stop at 25mm in the front?

I wanted to do 30mm all around but I think the way the body is shaped, for me personally, I think 25mm is as much as I’d like to go in the front without it staring to look “poked”. I think it would still be passable, but I didn’t want to play around too much with buying them because they’re pretty expensive to just be test fitting. You’d probably need 35mm in the rears to poke out evenly to the front.

it doesn't matter which make and model car they fit. the bolt pattern and bore are what matters only.
bolt pattern 5x114.3
bore 67.1

you can compare this on this site or any other
