Can anyone with leatherette comment on that material? Is it like plastic or suede? How hard or easy to clean? Is it comfortable? Thanks

Neither. It's like leather, but less supple and more durable.

How hard or easy to clean?

Easy. Wipe down with any of a multitude of mild cleaners.

Is it comfortable?

Enough. Comfort comes mostly from seat ergonomics and cushioning material underneath, however.
