Thanks for sharing... I was not articulate with my problem statement.

Give it a try to reset service interval under “Scheduled” tab via infotainment screen and see if the wrench indicator and “Service Past Due” notification are gone.

When you do it in the Maintenance Monitor, make sure the ignition is on with all the warning lights on WITHOUT engine running (push the Start button twice without the foot brake) when you do the reset. Let us know.
