2015 AWD CX-5 Steering issue

Hi we have a creaking noise coming from steering on 2015 AWD CX5. The garage has already replaced a suspension mount and baring bit it's made no difference. Noise is coming from the steering you can hear it in the video taken under the wheel when not moving.

Any help appreciated as dont want to keep replacing parts

I would think a garage could easily locate the source of that sound , especially if it occurs with the car on a lift. If they couldn't and replacing parts didn't fix it, then I'd try another garage.
