2014 Mazda6 Bose Radio screen flickering off

Hi All, New here but we have owned the car since it was new in 2014. it is a 2014 GT... the radio with Bose has started to have the screen flicker off and on constantly. Sometimes it flickers off. The radio still works though... any ideas what the issue could be? I am hoping the solution is not to replace it as my wife is happy with the current radio.

Flickering ain't good.

If you do have to replace it, the good news is, your radio is a standard double DIN size. Because of that, any good quality aftermarket unit will look good in the dash, especially if you get an Apple CarPlay/Android Auto unit. I'm a fan of Kenwood, but Alpine, Sony, Pioneer, and JVC also make great decks.
