Does anybody have a link to the factory fitted In Dash entertainment system to Steering Wheel Controls?

Just replaced my factory fitted audio to an aftermarket one and lost my steering wheel phone controls.
Auto Electrician told me it was part of the voice recognition system that controlled the old unit and could not wire it up. I think he is wrong and want the wiring diagram to prove that and get him to fix it.

Steering Wheel Control (SWC) requires an additional device, one of the most used is the PAC Audio RP4-MZ11. Search the forum, there are tons of information.

Those buttons, work only, when you are in a call. You can pick up when rings, or hang up when you are done talking.
