2013 CX5 AWD sport, rear discs slightly scored.

Is there a problem with rear brakes on 2013 Cx 5,
Is it a warranty issue?

Why so cryptic?? How many miles or km do you have on it? Is the only issue that the brakes are scored? Are they scored in a circular ring pattern? If you car is 3 years old and has high miles, you may simply need new rotors.. or you have badly worn pads and have been using them long enough to score the brakes. Probably not something you could expect a warranty to cover after the 12000mi adjustment period.

Only 13,800 miles, discs are marked in a circular pattern, also hand brake releases with a crack some mornings.

Take a picture and show us.

I doubt it will be a warranty replacement as brakes are wear items. It is normal that the hand brake releases with a "crack" when the car has been sitting especially with moisture.

I think items like wiper blades and brake pads are usually replaced by nice dealers at no or small charge when less than one year or 12K miles.
