2012 Mazda5 GT New Wheels/Tires

:
1995 BMW M3, 2004 BMW 545i, 2012 Mazda5 GT
Had this wheel/tire package laying around. Was cleaning out the Garage and said WTF and decided to see how they look on the wife's Mazda5. Pictures are not the best as I used my phone. I will take better pics later in the week. For sitting for over a year the tires all had 31 psi. Got them all to 32.5 psi and took it out for a drive. Drives real nice with no rubbing that I can see or hear. The fronts are very close to the strut and a 225 wide tire would definitely rub. I was worried that the TPMS sensors would not be compatible as they for earlier Mazda's (Pre 2010). No idiot light came on so all should be good, I hope. The car also has 35% tint all around.

Wife likes it allot. What do you all think? I actually think it would look much better with some springs and a mild drop. Since this is the wife's car and a daily that is not gonna happen.

Specs:
OZ Racing Superleggera III 3-Piece Forged wheels (18X8 all around 53mm offset)
BridgeStone Pontenza RE050A tires (215/45ZR18)

I like it. How about some shots of the front and rear so we can see the 8" wheels?

Added two more pics. Still not great quality (phone camera) but not in the dark. Pardon the dirty car :

The wheels look pretty awesome. These pictures do not do the wheels any justice. The only thing that would make them look nicer is a drop but that will not happen.

Looks very nice. Mine is also wife's car and daily...but in 12-14 months..when she buys a new IS convertible, it will be family duty and sit at home, do car duties. I am planning on doing wheels + suspension at that time.

Drove the car again today. Man what a difference performance tires make. This thing is tight. With a tighter suspension (stiffer springs, larger bars, sport shocks) I would be it could keep up in the twisties with many a car.
