2007 MS3 Winter tire question

I currently own a 2002 P5 and am looking at an un modded 2007 MS3. my question is can I use the stock 16inch rims from my p5 as the wheels for some winter rubber? I know the bolt pattern is the same, I'm just concerned about clearance around the brakes.

I'd do a test fit if possible. The P5 wheels are 6" wide with a +50 offset. For ref. a few years ago I sold a set of 2005 Tribute wheels to a local 1st gen MS3 owner. They were 16x7 with a +45 offset and we test fit them in my driveway. They just cleared the front calipers.

P5 wheels will not fit on the MS3. I looked into this option when I had mine years ago. Hope this helps
