2007 Mazdaspeed 6

Hmm... not sure about Canada.
I am trying to hold off til then to see if I can get a better deal. As of right now, the best offer on a GT is $25,500. But that dealership only wants to give me $10k on my MSP for a trade in.

Nice! Any idea when in September, and if it applies to Canada as well?

The main reason I want an '07 is for the navigation system. Do you know if this is a dealer installed option for the '06's?

I know it's an option in the US, but according to the website, there is no such option for Canadian models.

I know I probably was just getting a standard answer from them, but I emailed Mazda about a few things and was told that there are not any anouncements about an upcoming 07 MS6. Again that was a customer service person that emailed me that info.

Actually... In the United States (I have no idea about Canada), Nav is not a dealer installed option. It only availiable on the speed6 and it comes equipped from the factory.

You can get an aftermarket nav system for like $500 and it will work while the car is moving. Also you will be able to move it from car to car. The only advantage to having the factory system is the cool pop-up screen. :)

Simple solution for Nav.....

Buy a GPS and mount it on your dash.
Dealer installed Nav is a waste of money.

You think there are any aftermarket NAV's that could fit in the compartment on top of the dash?

Yea just about any of them, TomTom, Megellan, Garmin. They're all small enough that they should fit and they start at $400.

I have the Nav and it's not really worth the $2K.
Don't wait for it man.

+1...

Too bad the Speed6 Nav is NOT like the CX7.
Acura (my opinion only) did this RIGHT the 1st time and it's looks bad a$$!!!!! (first)
