2007 mazda 6I 2.3 engine... manual transmission

I have a problem I just had my engine rebuilt and I am putting it back in... it took the person over two months to do the engine for some reason... anyways now I am trying to hook up my wiring harness to the connectors... and I cannot find the connector that connects to the back up switch that is bolted in the transmission... That is still in ok and the wire coming out of it fron the transmission I just cannot find anything to connect it to now for some reason.... and also on the drivers side facing the engine on the right side of the motor under a bracket is a white connector I cannot find a wire to plug into it either i have searched for hours for both? anyone have one like my car they can maybe give me a ideal .... I thought they would be part of the wiring harness i removed but there is nothing left to plug into either one of these.... Thanks
