2007 Honda Civic Si Sedan

Edmonds also reviewed it stating the coupe was one of the best handling front wheel drive cars they'd ever driven (sedan is basically the same). If I recall, the MSP was the previous contender for that title (?)

And I actually like that dash/cluster look, but then again cars are like women; to each his own.

because they just came out with it lol :P

Hahaha. Ya, I know but it just looks so 80's Knightrider-ish. They should have put the Fit cluster in that car.

It does put out some good numbers though. However, everyone and their dog will own one in 2 years.

So far, in my area, everyone and their dog own the 2dr Si...lol They are about to reclaim their thrown from the Scion tC.

just priced out a si sedan.. 23,400 and I put a lot of stuff on it.. not a bad deal.

Scion tC... LOL, doomed just the like G20 was when it was out and about. Nice looking car with potential... but blah, 145 hp top? What a joke. Scion has what... 160 hp tops? Toyota can't do any better than that?? Put that GT-S 6-speed engine/transmission in that sucker, tune it up to 200 hp and I bet they sell a lot more cars!!

I like the new Si sedan. It seems like a practical fun car. I would choose over the coupe anyday.

At first I was smitten by the new styling on the Civic...now its grown on me..and I like it a lot less..too much front windshield area and drive-by-wire blows.......

they took the engine right of the camry, which is still a lot for a car in that size and price. my problem with the tC was that it was too bland, lifeless. toyota must have gambled on the fact that scion buyers will probably kit it out, but it didnt follow in the footsteps of the xA and xB; designed with the kind of youthful passion the brand was supposed to be. one of my friends said that the tC was her favorite scion because it looked the best -- i took it as meaning it blended in with the crowd. luckily the Spec package will be a nice savings for buyers to spend their money on making the thing look like a scion should.

I think the whole car just looks awful.

I'm with you on this one. Ugly! Thanks but no thanks!

I'd rather have a base new or used WRX, MAzda 3, 4 door GTI etc.

Honda should have brought the Civic Type R here cuz the Si isn't doing s*** for me...well,besides performance(lol2)

So I test drove this last night and it handles much better than the MSP. I was actually surprised and how much better it handled by comparison when I got back in my car.

It doesn't have the low-end balls that the MSP does b/c true to Honda's B20 engine, no magic happens under 5K RPM's, and I wasn't about to romp on a car with 17 miles. I'm sure it's quick enough with 197hp to the LSD.

The 6 speed is like butter and pretty short throw for a stock shifter. Stereo is really nice, and has great imaging. Also very surprising was how much better it looked in person than in photos. Somehow, the photos just make it look more round than it actually is.

I'm taking the plunge in the spring. Wa hoo.
