I installed a Curt hitch and want to tow a small trailer. The hitch sits so low and the drop down ball hitch that came with the Curt hitch seems like it would be too low. Do you guys flip the drop down so it actually angles up to allow the trailer to sit higher or what is your setup? Thanks.

I remember seeing some accessories on etrailer.com for such purpose. Check it out.
I only use my Hidden Hitch for bike rack.

I'm going to be setting my trailer up ( it weighs around 1500 lbs. loaded) with the hitch no later than Saturday. I'll post some pix of the two together in the driveway. I do have a factory installed type though, maybe not what you're looking for. I'm planning on reversing the insert to the up position...I'm planning on around 250-350 lbs. tongue weight,so I'm guessing I'll get some sag.

Put your trailer in a level position and measure the difference with the car's trailer hitch. etrailer sells different height configurations. You can reverse the tongue depending on the height ( the drawbars have a rise or drop measurement).
