1991 RX7 Vert
Hey all. So I'm new to the forum here, and there seems to be a lot of knowledge floating around and I'm hoping to tap into a bit of it.

Just picked up my first RX a couple months ago. She's a 91 vert with about 84k miles that I STOLE out from under this dude for 2 grand.

A couple of issues, nothing too major, besides the exhaust, which looks like swiss cheese. No worries there, have a replacement for the whole thing in the mail.

However, I've got it on good faith from a few buddies that I seem to have a vacuum leak, but nobody seems to know how to diagnose or solve that problem.

Secondly, a few days ago I turned on my headlights and my instrument cluster did not light up. This is odd, considering the brightness is all the way up. Turns out the tail lights are also gone, I have a feeling the two are connected, because they went out at the same time, however, I have no clue where to begin looking for what may have caused this.

Also, It's time for some transmission fluid and I can't for the life of me figure out where the hell to put the stuff. Any tips you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

For the vaccume leak, hook up a vac. gauge and check your readings, the closer to zero you are means you have a vaccume leak..The vaccume lines are probaly very brittle and the littlest movement could crack one causing a vaccume leak.Id reccomend just replacing all the rubber vaccume lines on the car.

there should be fuses under the dash for your instrument lights and stop lights.Check them first. As far as the brake lights, check for voltage at the rear lights with some stepping on the brake pedal.if no voltage check the brake switch and fuse
