17" wheels

I never have downsized on wheels before so I need a little help. I am looking for a 17 X 8 wheel for my MS3, but I don't know what offset I need to make this work. Also I figured out that a 245/45-17 is a close match to the stock size. On the 17's the side wall is a little bit thicker, the radius is the same, the diameter is .1" larger, the circumfrence .2" larger, and the revs/mile 785 compared to 787.

I searched TireRack in their winter wheel selection, but they did not have a 17X8 for the MS3.

one of the member have 245/45/17 front 235/45/17 rear have no rubbin and hes running nitto 555r drag in the front... u have to search with 05 rx8 auto...it work the same...thats what i did
