I have a lot of non-power adders so I'll just list the relevant mods:
stock 13B and sequential turbos with 4x,xxx original miles
engine torque brace and short shifter (help with shifts)
Electronics:
Remapped stock ECU, boost controller at 13.5 psi (up from 10 psi stock)

Walbro 255 hp

M2 Aluminum CAI
M2 Large Stock-Mounted Intercooler (Spearco Core) with puller fan
Exhaust:
ceramic coated and thermo wrapped 3-inch downpipe
custom made midpipe with 200-cell high flow metal core cat and magnaflow resonator
Racing Beat cat back
Tires:
235 front 255 rear Falken GR-Beta 451 at 20 psi
other non power adder mods include reliability, looks and suspension mods
launched at 6000 rpm partly feathering and then dumping the clutch, it's still stock so it slipped just enough to get me a best 60' time of 2.02 sec. Shifting right at the rev-limiter.
I wasn't expecting the get in the 12's, it felt the same as the other 2 runs but when I got the slip I was like (boom05) (headbang) (cabpatch) (first)
