Isn't this the same guy that recked his Venom Viper last year? He's a smart guy but he needs to get an education in AWD. I think p0wning anything and everything on the street is a worthy goal, but death by achieving said goal is not.

I think I'd rather be behind the wheel of one of these. Ruf RT12 - 650hp & 641ft/lb - 0-60 in 3.7sec all day long with AWD. Gearing can be selected by the owner. While most Ruf cars are geared for v-max, you could have your's set-up to do 35-180mph roll-ons and be cometative with the Busa AND live to tell the tale. Plus, every car looks better in white...

EDIT: The video is pretty nice...even for a death trap.

I think its partly that its a nice car and partly cause he was very nice to the cop and acutualy stoped when a cop in an suv pulls out after a 1000hp+ Ford GT.......

and yes....he did offer the cop a ride and the cop said he would take him up on it if he wasnt on duty

I think he might mean he is having traction issues with 1000hp already, 500hp more would be too much....while that can be true, you can fine tune the suspension, wheel/tire combo and the power delivery/curve to make the most use of traction.

The car is already wicked fast and with more power it will only be faster...not slower.

This is not necessarily true. The car has superseded the available grip already. The coefficient of traction of the tires will only allow so much power to be transmitted to the pavement, so everything over that goes up in smoke. The one variable is tire material. The engine tuner from Stage 6 said they were investigating the availability of drag radials for the 19 wheel. If they could source something that would certainly help.

I've said it in my previous post, the guy chose the wrong chassis for 1000HP. If he wants to take down turbo powered super bikes hes going to need something that has less weight. I've seen some super bike-like specs for the Ariel Atom which are pretty impressive. The car would take some getting used to but I think it would be showy enough for this guy. Plus it would make his face do this...

WOW. That Joe guy may be into cars and all but he didnt touch that car during the fitting of that protege, but whatever he's got money he can do that. All those guys must be loaded enough to be able to all own fast as hell cars or extremely nice ones for that fact...I love it when that guy says "I have to have one" then the next caption was that the next day he went out and bought one. THATS MONEY
