Check your sillicone hoses, especially at high boost levels these tend to dry rot and crack over time. Yes the car runs fine and low boost levels, but because its only low boost levels, the air is essentially is not leaking through the hairline cracks, but at higher boost levels these cracks open wider. That could be the reason of lose of power at the high rpm range. If your are running stock hoses and stock hose clamps upgrade all of them to hose clamp or better yet T-clamps. Your car will definitely hold boost better.
