anyone know of a dealer in the US tht sells this lip.. 90 bucks to ship to the US sucks, but that lip is exactly what im looking for. simple. clean. and seems to be relatively easy... kinda.

I'm not too worried about winter, mine is going on this weekend if it comes in tomorrow like planned!

well..NY winters are a lil different than maryland winters lol. n i drive like 50 miles a day to and from school so.. not trying to get that s*** ****** up right now. gotta fix the original bumper first

I hear ya lol, mine get kinda bad, but I'll live! I drive about an hour to and from work a day, but I'm being optimistic:)

I'll attempt to lol, I took a few pics already, but I should be attempting the install today. Don't have the tools to do it atm

Well the day I planned on doing this ended up not being a good day.. But it's on now, I'll post up a few pics, I was told to use double sided 3M; don't do it! The tape sticks out pretty much wherever you put it on the lip, if anything you will need a few more self tapping screws, and some washers are a good idea too, the screws that came with my lip had heads that barely secure on the other side of the hole for it.

Here are some pics

First jack the car up

Line up the first end to the edge of the end of the fender well (picture the 3M not being there!) then screw it in

Line up the second side the same way (damn sun glare)

Set a screw in the middle of the lip

Some of the screws needed washers, but I didn't have any so I used the nuts that came with some bolts in my kit.

Then just screw the rest of the screws into the bumper, IMO I probably could have used a few more screws but that's all I had, probably add more when I get the chance (don't mind Kane:))

Opinions?:)

Thanks:) I tried my hardest lol, not too great at that stuff, once I get going I don't think to stop and take pics, must be why I always forget to take any on vacations and stuff.. Smh:/

Thanks:) appreciate it! I think it needs some more screws though, some places have tiny gaps I wanna seal and I needsome washers to secure some of the screws, if not all of them, better.

haha, neither am i, which is why i usually wait to have someone do it for me or at least help me do it. your pics are very helpful and will go into my "to do" file, lol.

that wouldn't happen to be the chargespeed style lip would it? where'd you get it?

lol yea do not use double sided tape. not gonna happen. my lip had only 6 factory drilled holes. that not going to be enough imo. I wanted to make sure mine was on there good. So I used about 15 or so in total. lol now the lip does not move at all and closes up those little gaps giving a cleaner look.

lip looks good man!

15 or so?? Mwahahahahah welcome to my world!

I used screws like every inch lol, I was so unhappy with the gaps that I went nuts the next day lol. But yeah I had to almost remove the lip just to take off the 3M.. And the bumper will fall off before this damn lip does lol. But thanks man! I'm pretty stoked about how it looks now:)
