Is there any way to find out what, if anything, other people have signed up for? The list hasn't been updated in 2 months and I would imagine that people, hopefully, have sent some PM's indicating which items they would like to bring. I plan to bring stuff, but I'd like to know what other people are bringing first.

BY THE WAY!!!! People!!! I will be bringing name tags, JUST BECAUSE OF THIS NEXT STATEMENT!!!! Name tags will be on mine or Jersey_EMT's windshield. Please grab one and stick it somewhere on ur shirt so we can see them. I dont want random people NOT from our meet getting freebie lunch. I want only our members, hehe. Not that Im greedy but only because we are making this meet for you fellas and gals, and not for anyone else.

Katya4me- I can bring veggie burgers and bottled water. I also have a cooler that I could bring ice in. I'll probably also bring some juice and 2 folding chairs.
Mp5Smuggler- I will be bringing up 1 medium tent to sit under and keep the food and whatnot.
1 smokey joe grill (its small though itll do like 4 burgers and a few dogs at a time)
charcoal
2 folding chairs
ice chest w/ice
1 pkg hotdogs + buns
a few 2 liter sodas
some fixings ie ketchup and mustard
Gbourdon- I'm going to bring enough plastic silverware to fill a landfill.

AutoBox- I'll bring chips, soda, and a cooler...ice also if needed​

Eepr5- I have a 3'x6' table if needed. I think I still have an unopened pack of plastic forks,etc​

Started to finally update this list. Went through about 1/2 of the PM's, still need to finish going through them, and then adding the stuff in the replies in this thread.

So once katya4me's items are up, that's everything that I have so far.

Oficial Information Regarding The Park!!!!!!!!

ok people I just got home with Colonial Park permit. Everything is on and official. COLONIAL PARK AT 11AM ON APRIL 17TH!!!!

WE DO NOT NEED PORTABLE GRILLS!!!!! There are grills on site right near the parking lot. All we will need is just charcoal, some fluid and a few lighters to get the cooking going. IM SO EXCITED I CANT DENY IT!
