03 MSP rear lip help

I epoxied the 4 clips to the lip

my question is where do i put the screw brackets?

do i need them at all or do i do the like the 03.5 lip double sided tape and couple of screws

I might have the instructions for mounting the oem lip in my car. I will post a scan of it tomorrow if nobody has replied yet by the time I get up.

Sorry, I'll have it up tomorrow. Just found the manual but no access to scanner at the moment. You will need to drill into specific spots in the bumper.
