i agree it's just from body flex. close your roof and push up on the glass. you'll see the entire rrof flex like a wet noodle. i took mine in and they tightened some stuff and it went away. however the first time i opened and closed it it was right back. mind you i only get it with the roof...

guage based on this thread i'm assuming our guages are non-digital. that being said most guages of this type are calibrated so that the last quarter tank is the only time the guage is really accurate. this is really the only time you need to be seriously concerned about your fuel level IMO.

short? you might want to check the condition of the wires and not just jiggle them. you may have a bare spot that is shorting out which would explain some of the symptoms you are having. also check the ground. i 've never seen the assembly nor have i ever worked on the lights so i may be way...
