Yes, their is a "crush" washer that you should change everytime you change your oil. You can get them at the dealer in a bag of five for a couple of bucks. I found out the hard way, (oil drain plug leak). I hope this helps. Also some guys here found something at Home Depot to use but I can't...

I have never had the problem with my mazda but many times with my camaros the heater core in the dash has leaked leaving me with a wet passenger floor. To be honest I don't know if the heater core is in the dash but that's my best guess.

The job market is strong in Vegas. I have trouble finding people willing to work because money is so easy to get here. I really don't know the pay scales that are around the country because I have always worked in Vegas. I do admit that alot of the work is in the casino or service industry...
