Broken Side Mirror!

Hit some plastic that had bounced up in the air and this was the result? Its just hanging anyone know how to get it off w/o cutting cables?

you'll have to undo the fasteners from inside the car to remove the mirror assembly

Well I got everything put back together. I reattached the parts using 2 screws. Its holding fine now, just cannot rotate now. What bugs me tho is that the plastic I hit was strong enough to break my mirror off, but not enough to leave a scratch or chip.
