For the past month I have been in the hobby shop installing all the new parts for my car I ordered while on deployment. I love the car but with every mod there comes another problem or something else that needs to be fixed or replaced.

Next project: uninstall the Forge Wastegate and check to see if the spring that came along the wastegate needs to be installed or is it just a stiffer spring. Either way there is now boost right now. BIG PROBLEM!!!

loose intercooler coupler? occams razor - the simplest solution is the most likely. if its a new wastegate, im pretty sure it comes with a spring preinstalled.
what else have you done?
 
I just installed that like a week ago and we went through twice to make sure all the couplers were tight. I looked on the website where i ordered the wastegate and basically the are three different type of springs for different pressures and I the yellow one (9-15 psi). That is the color of the spring that came uninstalled with the wastegate.
 
I would doubt that the spring is installed wrong or is the wrong spring. I would double check your pipes, or triple check in your case..... Did you make your IC pipes?
 
No, I bought the fmic as a direct fit kit. I think the adjustment of the rod is off, I have it pretty much all the way extended when it should be shorter. i called the place where I bout it from and they said that all the wastegates come with a spring already installed and the extra one is just a stiffer spring. I have come to the conclusion that I am just going to to take the car to a tuning shop nearby and let the adjust the wastegate along with installing the ss afc and dyno tune the car. I am getting tired of spending my weekends in the hobby shop even though I really enjoy it.
