now this is just wat i have done so far to the car i havent done much to it. still a lot of work.

boss 7 inch head unit
alpine type r subs
17 msr wheels
dropped on its balls.... ghetto style for now.... cut stock springs(i kw people say its stupid its just a temp thing i just wanted to see how low i should go)
painted rub stripes black to match the wheels(actually thinking of removing all together.)

now everyone has their opinion help me some i want more ideas as to wat i should do next to the car.

thinking of putting a full suspension on it dont know yet might just leave it with cut springs for a while.

My car is slammed on BC racing coilovers and the ride is great ... (dunno)

22V FTW! Looks good man, I actually really like the side molding painted black like that. I just might steal that idea for mine.

looks nice bro..how much did u cut from each spring? does the spring move around or stay still?

That's a very well thought out and intelligent comment. It obviously comes from experience. (blah)

^^^ +1 it would look a lot better with the moldding off. Looks good though just need to black out the amber side markers.

Car looks great :) im licking the rims and the drop looks good. Where did u install the sub? It's funny cuz I was looking at the same type of sub for my car last night. I'm thinking about the slim model.

I think if u black out the chrome part of the headlights with glossy black acrylic enamel, it will look nice. i did it last sunday. And maybe the grille if u want to.

go for a proper suspension, its not just about the drop, if anything thats the last thing its about. i have eibach springs on tokico blues, rides exactly the same as stock cept when turning :)

Looks good but that ride is going to be terrible.. I did this once to a Probe GT back when I was 16. hacked it to the ground and told myself the ride was great. but then I relized what I was missing out on. But you can sucessfully cut 1coil or less without sacraficing ride quality or boucniness. I did 1 coil off of the rear of my GA and its still smooth as can be.

thnx for the support everyone, suprisingly i though it was going to ride like s*** when i cut my springs, it actually doesnt bounce like hondas do.... even my dad and grandpa took the car out for a spin and were surprised at the fact that it didnt jump much. i have 2 turns cut on the front springs and 1 1/2 in the back. now of course i had to roll my fenders like crazy... i will be going for proper suspension later on. next to come is blacked out taillights and headlight lids. i am also thinking of going for a black hood just the middle but idk how that is going to look so im still debating on it. more pics to come as i work on the car. now the subs its just a simple ported box with a nice amp going for a custom set up later when i get the other two type r's and i finish my speakers in the inside so far im going to be moving the power window controlers to the middle and putting 5 speakers on each of the front doors and 2 on each of the back doors and 8 in the back. dont know how yet but it will happen its going to be a full blown show car when im done with it

lol actually it does.. I had a few different types of springs or coilovers over the years as Ive always been partial to having a slammed car... The ride is always rough and youll always wind up with destroyed struts.. Its just part of the game..

dont act like our cars dont ride like s*** on a STOCK suspension.. let alone drop springs..
