We got about ten inches last night and its still coming down. I have watched 4X4 trucks not make it out of their own parking spots and yet... the speed3 beats them all!

If anyone wants to know how a speed3 handles the ice and snow, im your guy!

im in the army. Pays pretty good. About to buy a house this year too. I did have a 2009 CX7 but i just traded it for the 8. Now i have to dump this damn corksport exhaust i never installed. lol

why pull up the wipers ?

snow turns to ice and destroys the rubber. The wipers will pack the snow when they come down too making it a pain in the arse to clean out. Its easier to brush off loose snow than packed ice.

also imagine having chunks of ice under the wiper blades when you are trying to get the melted ice/water off your windshield... doesnt works so well.

Its actually alot more fun that you think. While you guys dont want to slide and pull the ebrake, "flip shitties" as we call them, due to rediculous amounts of tread wear, I do it daily, hourly even and yet my tires look as good as the day i bought them. There is an advantage to the snow and ice... Its like a speed3 on ice skates!

VAH? Well... im junior enlisted, still only an e4 but i can still afford a speed3 and an RX8. Granted, my wife works too but she doesnt make nearly as much as me. Im not going to put on here exactly what i make but we do well for a young couple. This summer though, i should be getting promoted and in the army, E5 is a big jump.
