I just got some teaser pictures back from my buddy doing the paint work on my kit. It's a sport-20 bumper, sedan lip, side skirts, and a 3.5 rear lip. Looks like I owe him a 6-pack.

Enjoy!

dam these teasers haha....but that kool....lookin forward to see your car....especially you having the sport20 kit plus the 01 front lip and the 03.5 rear lip....dam thats totally a must see.....are you staying wingless?

Oh, I already have the sedan wing with the 3rd brake light installed. I like the more subtle look of it. I also have some 323 taillights that are getting blacked out (except for the three clear bars).

Sunday the car goes into the paint shop. Hood is getting redone along with the rear bumper. I'm shaving most of the badges on the trunk lid and getting rid of the key hole. Then sunday/monday we're working on installing the pieces on the car.

is it the stock sedan spoiler? or msp/mp3 spoiler? anyways thats kool...so you should have pictures up by next week then?

It's an aftermarket stock sedan spoiler (in fiberglass). Yep, I hope to have all this put on by tuesday.

More in progress pictures

I'll post some more pictures of the finished car as soon as my camera battery charges. Excuse the blurry pictures above, they were taken with a camera phone.

Also, BTW

To anyone installing sideskirts: Do not be afraid to use the impact of your hand on the skirts. It is pretty much the only way to get those things to snap in. The first one we installed took us like 2 hours. The second one took us 10min.

Not really a shop doing the work. Friend of a friend that works at the place. The owner is cool and let us use the booth since I helped work on their webpage.
from the looks of it this is a place to look into for a paint job.

Some finished pictures.

Still needs to be wet-sanded/washed/clay-bared/waxed but it looks really good. My taillights are still being masked off and tinted. I'm still debating if I should do some silver pinstripes along the paint lines to set off the two colors. And, I need to work out a fog light bracket issue before I have some fogs again.

I'm also thinking about tinting the headlights, or at least getting some eyelids.

its looking really nice, u still have to tell me the shop that is doing the work.

Looks really good. You should take some pics from further away to get the full effect.

I'll snap some more shots when I get off work today.

Funny story: First day through Lincolnshire since the body work a cop going the other direction threw his lights on, turned around, and got behind me. He shut his lights off and followed me all the way to the office. Good thing I got that front plate taken care of.
