New Sport-20 Kit

Dude, I love the car... Really looks good... I'm thinkin that I need to get off my sorry ass and finally paint my lip, it looks bangin dude! As for the rims, I don't mind them. I think they're unique, but with the other black you have on the car, they look good.

Lookin at your car makes me wish I still had my hood painted black...

Yeah, I went with a Jeep black. I don't have the color code but it matches the metal fleck in the stock 22a.

did they have to weld the holes shut on the badge removal or did they just fill them? My car is going in to get the trunk and bumper repainted....had a shingle blow off an apartment and scratch it up quite badly.

3M Panel Bond was used to glue a small piece of metal to the back of each hole. A heatlamp was applied for about 20min to harden it. It was then grinded with an air-powered grinder (yes the stuff gets that hard). Body filler was then applied in two stages and then sanded. The same was done when filling the trunk lock holes. All filled spots were primed, sanded, and then the car hit the booth.

Obviously not as nice as welding the holes, but it works. The same was done to fill holes on my buddy's truck and it has held up for 4 years with np so far.

hello Mazda guys. my name is Joe i am the "painter" the car turned out GREAT in my opinion. i don't do this full time but more as a hobbie. if i can be of any assistant to anyone please contact me via email or pm. thanks Joe

BTW the 3m Panel Bond works wonders compared to welding. it,s cure time is a little bit longer but over time it will never rust like welds.

Few pictures after my fog installation. I went back to the amber corners for now... I like them again.

Can you give us a shot with the clear corners on it? Just for the masses to compare and make a decision... I, surprisingly, don't hate the amber corners, but would also like to see the clears..

Clears vs Ambers
The clears I have look a little cheap imo.

I'm still missing my tails. They are in the process of being tinted. I should have them by the end of this week.
