I wrecked my p5 and it sucks. I finally got it mostly back together, though, so at least I'm mobile again. The only problem is that a few things are kinda tricky.
I tried to save myself some money by buying used or aftermarket parts myself and then having the body shop put them in for me. This strategy probably did save me a few hundred here or there, but some of the parts just didn't fit, like the A/C condenser.
Well, the headlights fit, but the wiring didn't match up. So now, I have low beams, no high beams, rear turn signals on the right, and no turn signal on the left. The headlight bulb itself has 3 prongs instead of two prongs.
I called the place I bought the headlights, and they say that these headlights are an upgrade, but they don't have any information about how to make them work properly. I must say they do look kinda cool, so it would be nice if I could get them to work. Check them out and let me know what you think, please! I'm using hand signals
EDIT: Oh and let's not forget that the OEM headlight assembly is like $429 EACH, and these were just shy of $200, so it's worth my money to get them going.
