Notice the www.mazdas247.com sticker- also notice the right rear tire almost flat!

I have a few more pictures to upload- I'll do that later.

Yeah but its only 11,990ft:'( so close yet so far!!! :'(

Yeah but 12,000 sounds so much better for a thread title. I hiked up to the top and I'm guessing I was up around 12,500 feet. Very little air up there!

Damn. All that way up a mountain to get a flat. The ride down must have been slow.

i love loveland pass....looks very different in the summer. tell you what i would hate to changes a flat up there in any kind of weather.

I love driving in Colorado, but I have yet to do so in my car. I still remember driving Independence Pass back in 2001.

Nice picture!

You would have thought. At least for a sane person. The road down to the interstate is pretty twisty and turny with a 35 mph posted speed limit. Some lady in a Boxter probably actually held me up a little. Once I got to the interstate, I kept the speed down to about 60- which I think is above the rated speed for the donut spare. Oh well. Got home without issues and replaced all 4 tires with some better tires.

And I live in Highlands Ranch, CO (south Denver metro area).
