Does anyone have?

I would also like to hear some feedback on those things.

I've been looking at them and I must say, for $299 that doesn't seem like a bad deal. I like how it also reads boost as well.

Here's a decent review for it. http://www.fordmuscle.com/archives/2007/05/DashHawk/index.php

There is also another brand called the Nitrod VPM-100G that seems to do the same things for about the same price. Their website seems to be down at the moment but heres some info about it http://competitionplus.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=2432&Itemid=8

One thing to be careful of is that there are two (at least) versions of OBDII. The late model Mazdas have the CAN bus option, which where most of the information is available. If these things support CAN bus, they look pretty cool.

Never mind. I looked at the web site and it ONLY works with CAN bus cars, so it's good. Looks like a nice product.

i didnt realize that it reads boost levels..i was planning on getting this and a boost gauge on the pillar to the left of the wheel...i might do it any way for looks so i can have temperatures and stuff on the msd dash hawk. protege garage has it at 275..plus the 0-60 and 1/4 mile reader is very nice and i wouldnt have to take it to the track...something liek this comes in handy if u want to keep ur times to urself to suprise people in the streets

now, the only issue...

When the Cobb AP or CPE Piggyback come out, will this have issues with that?

Meaning, the software will trick the ECU to keep the throttle plate open at 100% WOT ... will the software read that its at 100% ? or will it read the stock ?

Good question. I'm also planning on going the COBB route when its availible and I would hate to have this thing be crippled by false signals. Would this be a factor with a piggyback as well? I would assume so.

well dont those ecu programs have a accesport? u wouldnt need to read much i would use it for temperature and 0-60 and 1/4 it reads alot of things throttle position isnt really one of them. maybe a email to the company could help us out

Ok I bought one and the thing ROCKS!! I'm amazed at the shear number of parameters it can display. The PC software is top notch and you can do all the setup from there and save different profiles. The data logging feature is pretty damn cool as well. The sampling rate isn't quite up to par though. They say its car dependent and the CAN bus can go up to 11-12 samples/sec but I'm only seeing about 5 s/sec on mine. But for less than $300, I got more than my moneys worth. It can log anywhere from about 30secs to 25 mins. And now I don't need to get a boost gauge or a scan tool. ;) I plan on taking my car to dyno day on the 9/22 so I'll try out some logging during the run.

Here are some screen shots of some datalogging I just did and a 0-60mph pull.
